Ridgewood Condo’s designed to emulate a moderate to high end residential complex for a mature clientele. Creating a large inviting lobby with common lounges, party room and movie theater to one side of the “L” shaped building.
Two the other side was a fitness spa style facility planned on the park side for the best light and vista. The common corridors, were developed to feel more like a family home, with art and interesting lighting.
Through material choices, we also tried to create texture and feeling of home, in a timeless manor.
